Parents in the Classroom
Tasks may include:
Supervising and assisting group work, science experiments, creative work, design technology, computer activities, language games, number games, baking, needlework, library.
Parents are especially encouraged to join us on our school trips.
By prior arrangement with head or classroom staff parents are welcomed to aid teachers and in so doing reduce the adult/pupil ratio.
An opportunity also, for parents to share learning experiences with their child
Literacy hour - group work
Reading to or with children.
Preparation of equipment.
