Our paramount priority is to keep their child in a safe, happy, loving, healthy, caring and stable environment.
We recognise the fact that the needs of the individual child are different and we will give each child the opportunity to develop to his/her full potential. This will be accomplished by providing as wide a range of planned activities as possible that reflect these needs, encompassing a multi-cultural environment such as we live in.
Objectives
- To create an environment that encourages each child to develop and grow in his/her own unique way.
- To create a welcoming, caring atmosphere in which families feel that they belong. One in which they can develop a trusting relationship with each other and the pre-school staffs.
- To create an environment that is anti-racist, anti-sexist and does not discriminate on the grounds of disability, race, gender or creed.
- To provide an environment that positively encourages the development of self esteem, enabling the child to form her or his own identity.
- To provide a planned but flexible programme of activities for the children to meet with their changing needs.
- To foster a staff team who are highly valued and whose varied skills, training and experience work together to produce the optimum environment for the development of the children.
