Update January 2009

We/I would like to thank all of the staff and parents who made the Christmas Fair such a success.  Together the school raised £850.

It was lovely to see the wider Parish community being involved in running their own stalls.

Many thanks go to the ladies who bought along the Piety stall and for the SVP Youth who ran their own stall but also helped others in a variety of ways.

The next PTA meeting will take place on ..
Friday 22nd January 2010 at 2.30pm.

I would like to invite all parents to come along and see what we do in these meetings.  We do need help within the PTA so if you have any time; please feel free to come along.  It is all for the benefit of the children.

Walking Bus
The walking bus is still running three days a week, Monday, Thursday and Friday.  You can drop children off at 8.30am. As children are not allowed in school before 8.45am please use this FREE service.  To join the walking bus please see a member of the ‘bus’ and get your child signed up.

If your child is already using this facility please make sure they are dressed suitably.  It is really cold in the mornings so make sure hats, scarves and gloves are worn please.  If the weather is icy, please call your walking bus contact to confirm that we are running.

 
Please note that the next Bags 2 school collection date is Tuesday, 19th January 2010 at 10.00am.  Please tell everybody to start collecting NOW.
